Alex Drago, Pre-Operative Assistant/Patient Coordinator
I am pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy at LSU with a Minor in Biology with plans to go to graduate school to pursue my medical degree in Fall 2020. I am a former member of the Golden Band from Tigerland, where I was a clarinetist for two years. Apart from my love of music, I enjoy reading and studying Psychology and Philosophy in my free time and spending time with my cuddly cat Cilantro. My job at the Plastic Surgery Center is to manage patient intake and correspondence, assist in exam rooms on clinic days when needed, manage the office, and to handle scheduling. While it seems like a lot to take on, it really is a team effort across the board and we have an amazing group who is able to communicate and work together to keep the office running smoothly. I love how this job always keeps me on my toes! I have to be quick and adaptable because I never know what is going to pop up next. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn as much as I can while I am here, and to help the patients feel comfortable and welcome at our practice.
Victoria Quiroz, Office Manager/Patient Coordinator
I grew up in Mandeville, Louisiana and graduated high school from St. Scholastica Academy. I attended LSU as a Biology major and also played intramural soccer for the three years I attended the University. Volunteer opportunities made me realize my passion for helping others, so I switched over to Our Lady of the Lake University and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree. My role at the office is to assist in exam rooms on clinic days, manage the office, respond to patient inquiries, and handle scheduling. I absolutely loves working for Dr. Williams because I learn so much on a daily basis. It can be really fast pace, but I like the challenge of multi-tasking and adapting to different situations. The staff really works together to provide patients with the best care and I love being able to help patients achieve their desired outcome. I am extremely grateful for this job because I get to work with patients every day and prepare for my future in the medical field. I hope to work and gain experience and then eventually go back to school and get my license as a Nurse Practitioner.
Brittany Morgan, Operating Room and Recovery Nurse
I grew up in Albany, Louisiana. In high school, I took a nursing assistant program where I fell in love with the nursing profession and found my passion for helping people. I graduated from Albany High School in 2010 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and continued my education at Southeastern Louisiana University. In 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing. During nursing school, I was presented with the Evelyn Davis Award for displaying characteristics of enthusiasm for the nursing profession, professionalism in nursing, and caring. I proceeded to take my examination to become a registered nurse and started working at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, Louisiana. I worked on varies units of the hospital including OB/GYN, pediatrics, well baby and intermediate care nurseries. In March of 2018, I was recognized with the Nurse Excellence Award from North Oaks Medical Center. I currently work at The Plastic Surgery Center as one of the primary nurses and continue to work at North Oaks on the pediatric unit as needed. At The Plastic Surgery Center I take care of patients during surgery. I help get them ready for surgery, circulate in the operating room during surgery, and recover the patients after surgery. I am the perfect fit working in the field of plastic surgery because I enjoy helping others and putting a smile on their faces. I get to help patients look and feel their best while increasing their confidence. When I am not working, I am either studying or spending time with family. I am currently working towards a master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. I married my husband in 2016 and we just welcomed our first baby, Tucker, in 2018.
"Babs" Spano, Registered Nurse
I grew up in Denham Springs, where I graduated high school in 2006. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2007 and worked as an LMT throughout college. I graduated as a registered nurse from Baton Rouge Community College in 2014. Shortly after, I married my husband and moved to Hattiesburg, MS where I worked as a nurse in the emergency department, Geri-Psych and medical surgical units. After briefly living in New York my husband, son, and I moved back to Louisiana and now happily live in Baton Rouge. I started working for Dr. Williams as the primary nurse in 2015 and have been here ever since. At work my job is to assist patients throughout their entire surgery process. In clinic I walk patients through the pre and post-operative process and on surgery days I circulate the operating room and recover the patients after surgery. I enjoy working in Plastic Surgery because I believe everyone has the right to look and feel their best, whether it be through cosmetic surgery or fitness and exercise. Outside of work at The Plastic Surgery Center, I am the owner and instructor of TWRL Fitness. I enjoy camping, traveling and spending time with my growing family.

My role as a Certified Surgical Technologist is to assist in Surgical operations, prepare operating rooms, arrange equipment, and help doctors during surgeries by passing sterile instruments. Outside of work I love to watch movies, go shopping, treat myself at the spa, and I enjoy vacations with my family. Rebecca Harriss, CST
I grew up in New Orleans where I graduated from Charity School of Surgical Technology in 1985. After completing Surgical Technology, I worked as a Certified Surgical Tech for an ENT doctor in New Orleans. This was private practice outpatient surgery with a variety of both ENT and cosmetic procedures. My family and I moved to Baton Rouge in 1986. We have two sons together. One of my sons is doing a residency in Internal Medicine, and my younger son is finishing at LSU. Because I prefer a non- hospital position, I was fortunate to find the Plastic Surgery Center—a private out-patient Plastic Surgery Facility. I have been working as a surgical tech for Dr. Williams at the Plastic Surgery Center ever since. I enjoy working in Plastic Surgery because I get the opportunity to directly help and see our patients achieve their goals in the Operating room. Outside of the office, I love the Louisiana weather because it makes for the best gardening.
I grew up in Mississippi where I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. After obtaining my Registered Nurse license, I started my career in Mississippi in Med-Surg and Pediatric Nursing, later transitioning to the operating room. I became a travel nurse in New Orleans in 2007, and it was during this time that I met her future husband. My daughter and I moved to Baton Rouge in 2008 where I continued to work in the operating room. I married in October of 2010, and now have two beautiful girls. I started working for Dr. Williams in 2018, and now have over 15 years of operating room experience. My job with Dr. Williams involves preparing patients on the day of surgery, circulating the operating room during the procedure, and recovering patients after their surgery. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, making hand stamped jewelry, traveling with my family, and supporting my daughters in soccer and cheerleading.
